Ilse Alber, 78, of Cologne-Rath, Germany, died Monday, Dec. 18, 2006.

Survivors include her husband, Fritz Alber of the home; a son and daughter-in-law, Klaus and Ute Alber of Cologne-Rath; her cousin, Margarete Reed of Monette; and many other relatives.

The funeral service will be held in St. Cornelius Catholic Church at Cologne-Rath on Wednesday, Dec. 27, with burial in the cemetery adjacent to the church.
