Rev. Leondus Hull, born Sept. 16, 1928 in Monette, died Monday, July 17, 2006, in Florissant, Mo.

He is survived by his wife, Claudia Shipman Hull; and daughters and sons-in-law, Pat and Tim Smith and Pam and Rev. Bruce Smith; and grandchildren, Ashley and Austin Smith.

Rev. Hull was an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God, a long time evangelist, chaplain for the Florissant, Riverview and Berkeley Police Departments, Airport Chaplain, Director of the Provost Guard of the Shriner's Moolah Temple, VFW, past master and member of the Berkeley Masonic Lodge and Masonic Lodge 542 AF&AM, Grand Orator and Grand Chaplain of the Grand Lodge of MO, 1st Vice State Commander of the State Korean War Association and a Veteran of the Korean War.

Funeral services were held at noon, July 21, at Hutchens Mortuary 675 Graham Road, Florissant. Interment was at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. A Masonic service was held at 7 p.m. on Thursday.
