Charles Edward "Chuck" Delcoure, 32, of Atchison, Kan., a former Jonesboro resident, died Thursday, June 8, 2006, at his residence. Born Jan. 18, 1974, in Bellflower, Calif., Mr. Delcoure attended school in Craighead County, was a Jonesboro High School graduate, a residential and commercial construction worker, and of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include his mother, Gale Thomas, of Paragould; his stepfather, Johnny Eidson of Jonesboro; his wife, Jeany Delcoure of Jonesboro; a son, Jarred Delcoure of Jonesboro; a daughter, Sarah Delcoure of Jonesboro; a brother, Chris Ruffin of Paragould; four aunts, Sharon Pinkston of Jonesboro, Connie Parker of Jonesboro, Terry Cullen of Jonesboro, and Norma Timms of Lake City; four uncles, Ronnie Way of Memphis, Tenn., Kerry Bowman of Atchison, Kan., Gilbert Hughes of Modesto, Calif., and David Bowman of Hobant, Ind.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents.

The funeral was held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at First Baptist Church of Caraway with Rev. Rick Stevens officiating. Burial was at Oaklawn Cemetery at Jonesboro with Faith Funeral service of Manila in charge of arrangements.

Active pallbearers include Kyle Bowman, Robbie Parker, Shawn Miller, Glen Cullen, James Garison, and John Eidson.

Honorary pallbearers were Robert Utley, Gary Timms, and Geno Vankirk.
