Monette Manor chooses Robbie Skaggs as Most Valuable Nursing Assistant

Arkansas Advocates for Nursing Home Residents (AANHR), as part of National Nursing Assistants Week, honored the chosen CNAs at an awards and appreciation luncheon June 12. The event was held at The First Assembly of God Church in North Little Rock.

Skaggs received a certificate, pin and a $30 gift card from AANHR. Making the presentation was AANHR member Martha Deaver. A large framed proclamation signed by Governor Mike Huckabee proclaiming June 15-22 as Arkansas Nursing Assistant Week was on display.

Director of Nursing Laura Flannigan nominated Skaggs and accompanied her to the luncheon.

"I nominated Robbie due to the hard work and dedication she has for her job," Flannigan said. "She is an exceptional nursing assistant and a great person to be around. We are very fortunate to have people like Robbie working for us."
