Crystal Dawn Pemberton, 24, of Mountain Home, died May 9, 2006, at UAMS Hospital in Little Rock. She was born in Paragould and was a former Leachville resident.

Ms. Pemberton is survived by three children, David, Brianna, and Larissa Pemberton; her parents, David and Brenda Pemberton of Mountain Home; and her grandparents, Jack and Peggy McCoy of Leachville.

A memorial service was held May 13 at Roller Funeral Home Chapel in Mountain Home with Rev. Everett Issom officiating.
