Terry Lynn Adams, 53, of Paragould died Wednesday, May 17, 2006, at his residence. He was born Feb. 28, 1953, in Leachville and was a 1971 graduate of Oak Grove High School. Mr. Adams was a truck driver for Celadon Trucking and of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include his wife, Genia Adams of the home; his mother, Dorthy Adams; and two sons, Chad Adams and Brad Adams, all of Paragould. He is also survived by two sisters, Donna Brooks of Paragould and Phyllis McFarland of Leachville; two granddaughters, Kaitlyn Adams of Brookland and Breanna Adams; and two grandsons, Chase Adams and Grant Adams, all of Paragould.
He was preceded in death by his father, Leon Adams; two sons, Jeff Adams and Terry Mark Adams; and by a brother-in-law, Glen Brooks.
The funeral was held at 1:30 p.m. Sunday at Mitchell Funeral Home Chapel in Paragould with Kenneth Johnson officiating. Burial was in the Greene County Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
Jim Haynes, Gerald McPherson, Tony Hopper, Hugh Wayne Rose, Danny Giles and Randy McPhink served as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers were Charles "Bo" Adams, Bill Potter, Bob Potter, Charles Shipp and Chuck Remagen.
