Stanley Ray Brock - Leachville

Stanley Ray Brock, 64, of Leachville, died Thursday, April 27, 2006, at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro. Born at Leachville he was the son of the late Stanley Richard "Dick" and Mae Robins Brock. He was a 1960 graduate of Leachville High School and was a lifelong area resident. He was a retired farmer and landowner for over 35 years, and was a member of the First Baptist Church in Leachville.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a son, Richie Austin, in 1994.

Survivors include his daughter and her husband, Alesha and Scotty Rolland, of Leachville; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Jean and O.L. Robertson of Leachville and Janice and Bob White of Leachville; five grandchildren, Whitlee Rolland, Will Rolland, Brock Rolland, Gavin Austin Sullivan, and Daniel Sullivan, and a very special friend, Dora Biggerstaff.

The funeral was held at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Howard Funeral Service Chapel in Leachville with Rev. Rudy Davis officiating. Burial was in the Leachville Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Jim Ed Robins, Martin Lee Steed, Larry Anthony, Joe Patterson, William Hetler and Marvin Brown.
