Born at Hayward, Mo., she was a longtime area resident. She was a former teacher in the Dell School District, a bookkeeper at Farmers Gin and a member of Dell United Methodist Church.
Survivors include two sons, Malcom Griffin Jr. of Mountain Home and Magers Griffin of Searcy; two grandchildren, Elizabeth Ham of Dell and Kristie Dixon of Blytheville; and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Malcolm Griffin, Sr.; her parents, Earl and Alice Ruddle Magers; and two sisters.
The funeral was held Tuesday at Cobb Funeral Home of Blytheville. Burial was in Elmwood Cemetery.
