Angela Dawn Acosta

Angela Dawn Acosta, 41, of Colorado Springs died Thursday, June 16, 2005, at her residence. She was a manager of a Wal-Mart store.

Survivors include her husband, Mike Acosta; two daughters, Adina Martin and Terri Hank; her parents, Everett and Rosemary Blakely of Lake City; a brother, Kenny Martin of Memphis; a sister, Melinda Maddey of Lake City; and six grandchildren.

The funeral was held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Evergreen Funeral Home in Colorado Springs. A graveside service was held in Evergreen Cemetery.
