Joann Morgan, 60, of Brookland died Wednesday, May 4, 2005, at Jonesboro Health Care.
Born at Batesville, she worked for Quality Cabinets and attended Brookland Church of Christ.
Survivors include her husband, Kenneth Morgan, of the home; a son, Kevin Baxter, of Jonesboro; two daughters, Kim Boyd of Trumann and Marcia Morgan of bono; her stepmother, Ethel Curtis of Monette; a brother, Walter West of Bono; three sisters, Geraldine Norris of Jackson, Miss., Brenda Walker of Virginia Beach, Va., and Carolyn Smith of San Diego; two step-brothers, Raymond Neal of Jonesboro and Gary Neal of Sikeston, Mo.; two stepsisters, Charlene Burgess and Janie Neal, both of Jonesboro; six grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; and one great-grandson.
She was preceded in death by a son, Stephen Morgan; a daughter, Tonya Denise Morgan; her parents, Walter and Melvina West; and a sister.
A graveside service was held at 2 p.m. Saturday in Pine Log Cemetery with Brad Higgins officiating. Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
Active pallbearers were Kevin Baxter, Wayne Boyd, Tracey Douglas, Johnny Snyder, Jackie West, Chris Lewis and Raymond Neal.
Honorary pallbearers were Christopher Aden Smith, Angela Snyder, Peter Leo Adams Jr., Ashley Boyd, Nikki Boyd, Rosey Snyder, Tonya Snyder, Joshua Adams and Danielle Boyd.
