Ray Homer Hoggard - Piggott

Ray Homer Hoggard, 62, of Piggott died Wednesday, Jan. 26, 2005, at Piggott. He was born at Milligan Ridge.

Survivors include his wife, Judy Scheffler Hoggard, of Piggott; three sons, Ricky Hoggard, Nathan Hoggard and Stevie McChristian; two daughters, Melissa Grooms and Kathy Hoggard; a sister, Lorene Henson of Greenway; four brothers, Bobby Hoggard and Jimmy Hoggard, both of Piggott, Nelson Hoggard of Dexter, Mo., and Charles Lawhorn of Paragould; 13 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a son, Billy Ray Hoggard, three brothers and four sisters.

The funeral was held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Hoggard and Sons funeral Home of Piggott, with Kim bridges officiating. Burial was in the Piggott Cemetery.
