Patricia Jacqueline Grant, 45, of Paragould, formerly of Leachville, died Monday, Jan. 10, 2005, at Arkansas Methodist Hospital in Paragould. Born at Monette she was the daughter of the late Virgle Grant, Sr., was a former Leachville resident, and had lived in Paragould for the past six years. She was employed by the Utility Trailor Manufacturing Company in Paragould and was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include her companion, Gerald Pillow, of Paragould; her mother, Mary Grant, of Leachville; four brothers, Virgle Grant, Jr. and John Grant, both of Potomac, Ill., Jerry Grant of Leachville and Quincey Grant of Texas; three sisters, Cora Shelley of Champaign, Ill., Diane Munguia of Texas, and Belinda Allen of Leachville.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a brother, a sister, and a sister-in-law.

The funeral was held at 1 p.m. Thursday at the Howard Funeral Service Chapel in Leachville with Rev. Donny Morrison officiating. Burial was in the Monette Cemetery.

Nephews served as pallbearers.
