Dorothy Orene Morris, 84, of Leachville died Monday, Sept. 13, 2004, at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro.

She lived in california before moving back to Leachville 25 years ago. She was a homemaker and of the Pentecostal belief.

Survivors include two sons, Thomas Allen Morris of Kentucky and Jerry Morris of St. Louis; four daughters, Phyllis Brandt of Mazomanie, Wis., Clara Askew of Cookeville, Tenn., Betty McFall and Katherine Stevens, both of Leachville; two brothers, Junior Roberts of Jonesboro and Emmitt Lee Roberts of Jonesboro; two sisters, Cecilia Roberts and Lorene Roberts, both of Jonesboro; 27 grandchildren and several great-grandchilren.

A graveside service was held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Ransome Cemetery with Edna Hall officiating. Burial was under the direction of Emerson Funeral Home of Jonesboro.

Grandsons served as pallbearers.
