Ricky Kevin McMurry, 42, a lifelong resident of Lake City, died Friday, Sept. 17, 2004, near Lake City. Born in Jonesboro, he had worked as a machinist.

Survivors include his wife, Sephanie McMurry of Lake City; a son, Travis McMurry of Lake City; two daughters, Shenna Thompson of Jonesboro and Cheyenne McMurry of Lake City; his parents, Trumann and Billie McMurry of Lake City; a sister, Ann Davis of Lake City; and a grandson, Aidan Thompson of Jonesboro.

A private funeral will be conducted under the direction of Emerson Funeral Hoe of Lake City.
