Brian Emanual Davis-Cosbey - Jonesboro

Brian Emanual Davis Davis-Cosbey, 7, of Jonesboro, died Tuesday, Aug. 31, 2004, at Jonesboro.

A Jonesboro native, he was a second-grader at South Elementary School in Jonesboro. He was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include his parents, Danny and Cynthia Cosbey of the home; a brother, Dereck Wayne Cosbey of the home; two sisters, Kaleigh Reah Cosbey of the home and Samantha Lynn Davis of Paragould; his paternal grandparents, Danny and Beverly Cosbey of Jonesboro and Kenny and Debby Bagby of Bergman; his maternal grandmother, Mary Smart of Walcott; his paternal great-grandparents, U.L. and Della Cosbey of Dell and Lewis Weatherford of Blytheville; and his great-great-grandmother, Alta Kincaid of Blytheville.

The funeral was held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Emerson Funeral Home's Memorial Chapel with Rev. Dale Davis officiating. Burial was in Pine Hill Cemetery near Jonesboro.

Active pallbearers were Alan Burrow, Kenny McMinn, Danny L. Cosbey and Danny G. Cosbey.

Honorary pallbearers were Chris Clinton and Jody Lundry.
