Born in Trumann, she had lived in Lake City for the past 23 years before moving to Jonesboro five months ago.
She was a restaurant manager for Payneway Cafe for several years, retired from the Singer Co. and was a caregiver. She was a member of the Church of Christ in Brookland.
Survivors include two daughters, Rachael Wiley of Jonesboro and Linda Goodin Fraley of Friendswood, Texas; three sons, Donald Goodin of Friendswood, George Goodin of Harrisburg and Hearlin Goodin of Jonesboro; two sisters, Edna Ford Hauptman of Stickney, Ill., and Dorothy Ford of Marked Tree; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, George Washington and Cora Blanche Upton Ford, seven brothers and a sister.
A graveside service was held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Pine Log Cemetery in Brookland with Lance Guest and Victor Eskew officiating. Thompson Funeral Home in Trumann was in charge of arrangements.
