Lucille Barlow Adams, 87, of St. Louis, formerly of Leachville, died Wednesday, Aug. 4, 2004, at her residence.
Born Feb. 9, 1917, at Caraway she had lived in St. Louis for the past 56 years.
Survivors include two sons, J.W. Adams of Spendora, Texas, and Bill Adams of Cahokia, Ill.; a daughter, Linda Thompson of St. Louis; a brother, Bert Barlow of Monette; 10 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Holden Adams, and her parents, John W. and Hattie Harrison Barlow.
The funeral was held at 11 a.m. Saturday in the Howard Funeral Service Chapel with Rev. Zane Gragg officiating. Burial was in the Leachville Cemetery.
Grandsons Billy Adams, Marty Adams, Steve Adams, Rick Adams, Mark Adams and Larry Thompson Jr. served as pallbearers.
