Merle Latta Pace - Caraway

Merle Latta Pace, 83, of caraway, died Sunday, May 16, 2004, at St. Bernard's Medical center in Jonesboro. Born at Black Oak, she had worked in retail sales and was a member of the Caraway United Methodist Church.

Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. today (Tuesday) at Caraway Cemetery with Rev. Donnie Hudson officiating. Langford-Bookout Funeral service of Jonesboro is in charge of arrangements.

Survivors include a daughter, Ann Pace Mills of Jonesboro.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jones Pace, and four brothers and one sister.

The family requests anyone wishing to leave a lasting memorial consider the Caraway United Methodist Church, 201 East Illinois Street, Caraway, AR 72419.

No visitation was scheduled.
