Dennis Darrell Smith - Lake City

Born at Rector, he was self employed in construction and was of the Pentecostal belief.

Survivors include his wife, Gail Smith of the home; a son, Jackie Norman Smith of Lake City; a daughter, Sylvia Smith of Lake City; his mother, Eunice Smith of Jonesboro; two brothers, Jerry N. Smith of Sturkie and Kevin Smith of Black Oak; and two sisters, Lavonda Faye Thomas of Lake City and Dona Ilene Reeves of Harrisburg.

He was preceded in death by his father, Norman Smith, and a brother.

The funeral will be held at 1:30 p.m. today (Tuesday) at Heath Funeral Home's Colonial chapel at Paragould with Rev. Raymond Clark and Rev. Brian Monehan officiating. Burial will be in Pine Log Cemetery at Brookland.
