Kim Joy Fisher - Caraway

Kim Joy Fisher, 37, of Caraway, died Thursday, Dec. 25, 2003, at her residence. A lifelong resident of Chicago, she moved to Caraway six weeks ago. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist belief.

Survivors include three sons, James Pruitt, Jr., Edell Simmons and Eddie Simmons, all of Chicago; a daughter, Felicia Fisher of Chicago; her mother, Brenda Pruitt of Caraway; three brothers, Paul Eakin of Davenport, Iowa, and James Fisher and William Pruitt, both of Chicago; and two sisters, Denise Pruitt and Wendy Pruitt, both of Chicago.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Brenda Watts, and her father, James Pruitt.

A graveside service was held at 2 p.m. Monday at Caraway Cemetery with Don Martin officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of Emerson Funeral Home of Lake City.

Pallbearers were Rodney Fisher, Charles West, Jr., Andrew West, James Fisher, Joey Caprio and James Pruitt, Jr.
