Lester Ray Weathers - Arlington, Texas

Lester Ray Weathers, 70, of Arlington, Texas, died Monday, Nov. 24, 2003, at Arlington Memorial Hospital. He was an appliance repairman, of the Baptist faith, a veteran of the Korean War, and had lived in Arlington 30 years, formerly of La Porte, Ind.

He is survived by his wife, Juanita Weathers of the home; two sisters, Bernadine Ellis and Geneva Price, both of Benton Harbor, Mich.; two sons, Joe Ray Weathers and Mark Weathers, both of Arlington, Texas; four daughters, Kathy Weathers of the home and Ronda Schroeder, Terry Weathers and Jane Grafa, all of Arlington, Texas; several grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.

The funeral was held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Gregg Funeral Home Chapel in Monette with Rev. Fred English and Rev. R.W. Goodman officiating. Burial was in the Caraway Cemetery under the direction of Gregg Funeral Home of Monette.
