Lorrine "Rene" Hazelwood - Lake City

Lorrine "Rene" Hazelwood, 77, of Lake City died Wednesday, Nov. 19, 2003, in the White River Medical Center in Batesville.

Born in Lake City, she lived in Texas for a while, but lived most of her life in Lake City. She was a homemaker and a Baptist.

Survivors include a son, Bruce Hazelwood of Lake City; two brothers, Arthur Miller of Lake City and Jerry Miller of Bay; two grandchildren, Lori May of Lake City and Tamera Lane of Sapulpa, Okla.; and three great-grandchildren.

A graveside service was held at 1 p.m. Saturday in the Pine Hill cemetery in Jonesboro with Rev. Don Vuncannon officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of Emerson Funeral Home of Lake City.
