Etta Lee Baker - Lake City

Etta Lee Baker, 81, lifetime resident of the Lake City area, died Saturday, Oct. 11, 2003, at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro. Born at Mangrum, she was a homemaker and member of Prairie Missionary Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband, O.C. Baker of the home; three sons, Terry Baker of Jonesboro and Charles Baker and Jerry Baker, both of Lake City; three daughters, Elouise Drope of Paragould and Karen Baker and Carol Wisham, both of Lake City; a sister, Agnes Howell of Heber Springs; nine grandchildren, Vickie Watkins, Tim Baker, Sarah Jackson, Nick Baker, Matt Baker, Cassie Baker, Jeffery Wisham, Jeremy Wisham and Luke Baker; two great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandson.

Services will be at 2 p.m. today (Tuesday) in the Emerson Funeral Home chapel in Lake City with Bro. Elvis Brandon officiating. Burial will follow in the Monette Cemetery under the direction of Emerson Funeral Home of Lake City.

Pallbearers will include Tim Baker, Nick Baker, Matt Baker, Jeffery Wisham, Bradly Jackson and Jerry Curnett.

Jeremy Wisham and Luke Baker will serve as honorary pallbearers.
