William Clayborn Crist - Lake City

William Clayborn Crist, 80, of Lake City, died Monday, July 21, 2003, at Lakeside Nursing Center. Born in Jonesboro, he had lived in Lake City for nine and a half years and was formerly of the Batesville and Little Rock areas. He was a disabled veteran of the Air Force who served during World War II and was of the Baptist belief.

He had no immediate survivors.

A graveside service was held at 2 p.m. Friday in City Cemetery at Jonesboro with Rev. Jerry Jolly officiating. Gregg Funeral Home of Jonesboro was in charge of arrangements.
