Ulala Hedge Baggett, 77, of Leachville died July 4, 2003, at St. Bernards Regional Medical Center in Jonesboro. She was born Oct. 28, 1925, in Camden, Tenn., the daughter of Leslie and Thelma Hedge. Ms. Baggett worked throughout her life as a nurse's aid.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Leslie Edward Hedge; a sister, Hester Marie Hedge, and three daughters, Sarah Ann Berry, Glenda Thelma Brown and Minnie Brown.
Survivors include three sisters, Novella Carroll of Leachville, Edna Mae Morton of Blytheville and Gladys Morgan of Plantersville, Miss.; a brother, James Hedge of Blytheville; three daughters, Melba Arthur of Lake City, Fla., Janet Stallings and Ulala Skaggs of Leachville; nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Services were at 10:30 a.m. Monday in the Cobb Funeral Home Chapel in Blytheville with burial in Dogwood Cemetery.
