Golf tournament will benefit Relay for Life

There will be a mixed 3-person scramble July 2 at the Big Lake Country Club in Manila to benefit the Buffalo Island Relay for Life American Cancer Society. Tee time will be 8 a.m. The entry fee is $30 per person ($90 per team) with all proceeds going to the "Relay for Life."

Anyone interested in sponsoring a tee box can contact Sheila Spurlock at 539-2441. Sponsorship is $120: fee includes a 3-person team and advertising at the Relay for Life Golf Tournament.

By raising funds for the Relay for Life, each individual is contributing to the Society's mission: preventing cancer, saving lives, and diminishing suffering from the disease.
