Wendell "Max" Lee, 57, of Lepanto died Sunday, March 16, 2003, at Huntington W.Va. He was a carpenter, a Vietnam Army Veteran and of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include a daughter, Candy Fleming of Lepanto; two sisters, Marion Wright Traylor and Daphney Stone, both of Lepanto; two brothers, Harold "Pat" Lee of Caraway, and Gary Lee of South Bend, Ind.; and a grandson, Sam Fleming.
He was preceded in death by his parents, C.O. and Inez Lee.
The funeral was held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Roller-Swift Funeral Home Chapel in Osceola with Tom Doty officiating.
Burial was in Potter Memorial Cemetery at Lepanto.
Pallbearers were Donald Clay, Ronnie Clay, C.T. Stutts, Whit Lacey, David Kennedy and Gary Brooks.
