Ruby Mae Hall - Leachville

Ruby Mae Hall, 94, of Leachville, died Friday, March 14, 2003, at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro. Born at McNairy County, Tenn., she was the daughter of the late William V. and Eula O'Neal Riggs, and had been a Leachville resident since 1951. She was the widow of Gattis Hall and was a retired bookkeeper for Brewer Brother's Oil Company. She was a 50-year member of the P.E.O. Sisterhood and was a longtime member of the First United Methodist Church in Leachville.

Survivors include a brother, Van Riggs, of Leachville: three nieces, Elenor Dry of Senath, Barbara Stewart of Pine Bluff, and Myrna Moak of Russellville, Ala.; a nephew, William V. Riggs, III of Bartlett, Tenn.

The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. today (Tuesday) at the Howard Funeral Service Chapel in Leachville with Rev. Don Wilson officiating. Burial will follow in Leachville Cemetery.

Pallbearers are Ronnie Kennett, Leon Swihart, Greg Smith, R.D. Jackson, Kenny Jackson, and Frank Sweet.

Honorary pallbearers are the members of the P.E.O. Sisterhood.
