Jimmy Lee Hickman, 56, of Cardwell, died Friday, Nov. 29, 2002, at the Arkansas Methodist Hospital in Paragould. He was born in Jennings, Mo., and moved to Cardwell in 1995. He was a construction worker and of the Baptist belief.
He is survived by his wife, Sharon Hickman, of the home; two sons, Timothy John Hickman, of Nashville, Tenn., Jimmy L. Hickman, Jr., of Elkart, Mich.; a daughter, Karen Marie Hickman, of Eakins; four brothers, Jesse Eugene Hickman, Jr., of Atlanta, Ga., Willie Hickman and Bobby Hickman, both of Manila, and Dewey Hickman of Dallas, Texas; four sisters, Gerline Hickman Myers of Golden, Col., Judy Hickman of Tampa, Fla., Betty Hickman and Melissa Hickman, both of Dallas, Texas; and three grandchildren.
A memorial service was held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at Westside Baptist Church in Manila with Rev. Bob Crabb officiating.
Arrangements were under the direction of Emerson Funeral Home of Jonesboro.
