Junior Rebels win tourney

The Riverside junior Rebels took home a trophy for winning the Marmaduke Invitational Tournament.

Riverside defeated Maynard 63-44. In that game, Jordan Adcock scored 24 points. Tyler Timms and Anthony Reece added 10 and 6 points, respectively. M.J. Emery, Caleb McCluskey and Garrett Qualls added 5 points apiece. Jordan Phillips, Cody Rea and Adam Carpenter chipped in 4, 3 and 1 point, respectively.

In the semi-finals, Riverside defeated Bay 46-43.

Timms put 17 points on the scoreboard. McCluskey added 13. Adcock, Emery and Rea chipped in 8, 6 and 2 points, respectively.

In the finals, Riverside defeated Marmaduke 43-41 in overtime. Timms and Adcock shot 12 and 11 points, respectively. Emery and McCluskey added 7 apiece. Rea and Reece put up 4 and 2 points, respectively.
