Elois Louisa Jolliff, 83, of Manila, the widow of Richrd Jolliff, died Wednesday, May 22, 2002, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-East in Memphis. Born at Hornersville, she was the daughter of the late Ira and Pearl Pankey and had lived most of her life in Manila.
She is survived by two sons, Richard C. Jolliff of Nesbit, Miss., and Rickie Jolliff of Steele; three daughters, Rowana Rogers of Memphis, Sheilia King of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Pam Henry of Manila: a brother Ira Carel Pankey of Benton Harbor, Mich.; a sister, Alma Hembree of Ionia, Mich.; 12 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Cleo Jolliff.
The funeral was held at 2 p.m. Sunday at Howard Funeral Service Chapel in Manila with Rev. Jim Box officiating. Burial was in the Manila Cemetery.
