Theresa Laurel Rhodes - Mountain Home

Theresa Laurel Rhodes, 60, died May 11, 2002, at Mountain Home. She was born June 19, 1941 to Douglas and Minnie Fortenberry in Monette. She retired from nursing in 1996. She was a member of Colelge & North Church of Christ. She and her husband, Harold, moved to Mountain Home from Little Rock in 1991.

She is survived by a daughter, Anne Adkins and husband, Kevin, of Mountain Home; a son, John K. Ladd of Tulsa, Okla.; grandsons, Ryan and Reid Adkins of Mountain Home; brothers, Leo Fortenberry and wife, Sheila, of Mountain Home, and Alan Fortenberry and wife, Patricia, of Springdale; a dear and special friend, Laura Pink of Mountain Home; numerous friends, nieces, nephews and other relatives.

She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, sister, Milladine Tilley, and brother, Aurel Fortenberry.

The funeral service was held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at College and North Church of Christ with Minister Bill Dillion officiating. Burial was at Kirby's Tucker Memorial Cemetery.
