Linda Mae McMinn - Manila

Linda Mae McMinn, 53, of Manila, died Wednesday, Feb. 27, 2002, at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro. Born at Leachville, she was the daughter of the late Edwards and Lou Jessie Wilson. She was a lifelong area resident and had lived in Manila since 1963.

She is survived by her husband, Vernon McMinn of the home; three sons, Glenn Edward McMinn of Monette, Keith Allen McMinn and Timothy Wayne McMinn, both of Manila; three brothers, Jack Wilson of Blytheville, Birl Wilson of Leachville and Johnny Wilson of Conway; six sisters, Lois Taylor of Jonesboro, Martha Lee Helms of Mounds, Zelma Buchell of Kansas City, Mo., Joann Rice of Leachville, Barbara Moore of Alma, and Glenda Ford of Batesville; three grandchildren, Wanda Imler, Megan Michelle McMinn and Lance Edward McMinn.

The funeral was held at 10 a.m. Saturday in Howard Funeral Service Chapel at Manila with Rev. Tommy Zachery officiating. Burial was in the Manila Cemetery.
