Pearlie Guiltner Allyn - Knobel

Pearlie Guiltner Allyn, 74, of Knobel, formerly of Monette, died Wednesday, Jan. 30, 2002, at Arkansas Methodist Medical center in Paragould. Born in Wynne, she was a homemaker and had attended Living Word Fellowship Church in Corning.

Survivors include her husband, Bob Allyn of the home; two daughters, Ann Allyn Slessman of Edwardsburg, Mich., and Debra Hancock of Paragould; four brothers, Ernest Taylor of West Memphis, H.D. Taylor of Florida, Vernon Taylor of Rockford, Ill., and Clarence Taylor of Heber Springs; a sister, Mildred Smithee of Wynne; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son, her parents, three sisters, and three borthers.

The funeral was held at 10 a.m. February 1, in the Chapel of Ermert Funeral Home in Corning with Rev. Carmen Miller officiating. Burial was in Greene County Memorial Gardens at Paragould.
