Account established for young burn victim
An account has been set up at First National Bank for Bryce Carpenter who is in the burn center at the Children's Hospital in Little Rock.
Bryce is 28 months old and has been in the hospital since Dec. 8 with second degree burns over 50 percent of his body. He has burns from the waste down and his left arm is burned severely. He has undergone skin grafts on his ankles and feet and upper left hip.
Bryce is the son of Larry Jo Carpenter and Tonya Ramsey.
"He is looking at a lot of rehab and speech therapy. Larry Jo is staying at the hospital around the clock with his son. Bryce is such a sweet baby and has went through a lot," his grandmother, Leola Benham said.
The account has been set up under the name of the Bryce Carpenter donation account and the money will help the family with travel and other expenses while Bryce is a patient
