Clyde Franklin Strickland - Lake City

Clyde Franklin Strickland, 79, of Lake City died Monday, Oct. 8, 2001, at Lakeside Nursing Center in Lake City. Born in Lake City, he was a member of Lake City Masonic Lodge No. 405 and was a Methodist.

Survivors include a son, Danny Strickland of Lake City; a brother, J.T. Strickland of Lake Havasu, Ariz.; three grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a granddaughter.

A graveside service was held at 1 p.m. Wednesday in Bowman Cemetery with Rev. Larry Owens officiating. Langford's Funeral Service of Jonesboro was in charge of arrangements.
