Jewell Redman, 65, of Manila, died Saturday, May 26, 2001, at Harris Hospital in Newport. He was a retired construction worker and of the Pentecostal belief. He had lived in Bloomington, Ill., before retiring and moving to Northeast Arkansas.
Survivors include four brothers, Jessie Redman of Harvard, Ill., Harry Redman of Robinson Creek, Ky., Clarence Smith of Wonder Lake, Ill., and Evert Moore of Woodstock, Ill.
He was preceded in death by a brother.
The funeral was held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home chapel in Jonesboro with Kevin L. Edgar officiating. Burial was in Long Point Cemetery at Walpela, Ill.
