Jessie Mae Harden - Kennett

Jessie Mae Harden, 75, of Kennett died Monday, April 16, 2001, at University of Arkansas Medical Center in Little Rock. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Senath and was a retired cosmetologist.

Survivors include two daughters, Martha June Webster of Ocean Springs, Miss., and Sally Raines Dickens of Jonesboro; a brother, Bill Holifield of Senath; two sisters, Jearline Davis of Paragould and JoVera McKelvey of Branson, Mo.; and four grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, V.R. Harden, and a sister.

The funeral was held at 10 a.m. Thursday in the First United Methodist Church in Senath with Rev. Gene West officiating. Burial was in Senath Cemetery under the direction of McDaniel Funeral Home of Senath.

Active pallbearers were Jack Holifield, Greg Holifield, Dennis Lynn, Gary Davis, Jodie Harden, Larry Boone and Bill Holifield.

Honorary pallbearers were Kum-Join-Us Sunday School Class.
