Caruthers accused of animal cruelty

A Blytheville man was charged with animal cruelty following an incident at 1200 North Broadway Tuesday. Randon Caruthers is accused of locking his dog in a black wire kennel in the front yard. The female Rottweiler was “standing in feces and had a small silver bowl in the kennel that was tipped over,” the police report reads. “The dog appeared to be soaking wet.
