Manila to be under boil order (08/21/12)
Manila Mayor Wayne Wagner announced the city water will be shut down at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 22, for four to five hours for a leak repair. Water should be back on by 8-9 p.m. Wednesday.
