Bark bigger than bite

Elvis is a little dog with a big bark. The one and half pound tea cup chihuahua does not like the leash but does seem to like the shoe string. Elvis's owner, Stacey Byford, found and purchased him in Texas during a recent trip. It was her first time to visit the ocean and she decided to bring back Elvis as a souvenir.
