Leachville Mayor Ralph Wells welcomed guests and representatives of Southern Bank of Commerce at a ground breaking ceremony last Wednesday. "We are excited about having Southern Bank of Commerce coming to Leachville. Hopefully, this will pull us in business from southeast Missouri.
