Buffalo Island Relay for Life Cancer Campaign success (09/26/02)
The first ever Buffalo Island Relay for Life cancer campaign came to a grand finale Friday night as area citizens gathered at the Leachville City Park for an all night walk. Every five years the students who attended the former Childress High School, located just north of Monette, gather in an all class reunion.
