Ice storm across Buffalo Island
Last week's ice storm left residents without power for several days and some longer. It also left trees and limbs down. I am glad to say we did see a lot of caring workers and volunteers out there doing what they could for the people.

Volunteers cooked at Buffalo Island Central West Cafeteria feeding the utility workers giving them a place to warm up and enjoy a hot meal while school was out for the ice storm.
