Ecclesiastes 9:2 All things come alike to all: there is one event to the righteous, and to the wicked; to the good and to the clean, and to the unclean; to him that sacrificeth, and to him that sacrificeth not: as is the good, so is the sinner; and he that sweareth, as he that feareth an oath. (KJV)
Remember this saying?
Everyone is kneaded out of the same dough but not baked in the same oven.
Ecclesiastes 9:2 states that all things come alike to all. In other words: lost, saved, man, woman, young, or old, everything we are approached with comes as it does to others; the difference is the choice we make, is it a wise choice or foolish choice?
It is up to us to follow God. It is up to us to place our trust in him and if we do not, there is no one to blame except our self and our foolish choices.
We can be the best yeast roll recipe but the outcome depends on the oven. An oven too hot can burn them. An oven not hot enough can cause the dough to fall or not completely cook. You need the right oven to make a great loaf of bread. Jesus is the way.
God is no respecter of persons. He doesn’t pick and choose over any race, political affiliation, denomination, he created all mankind. He gave us freewill to choose and make decisions. He wants us to make the right ones but he never forces us in which choice we should make.
Romans 10:12 For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him. (KJV)
