Posted Monday, February 20, at 3:30 PM
Romans 1:16: For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. It shocks most folks to discover that Jesus was a preacher. Matthew 9:35: And Jesus went about all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every sickness and every disease among the people. Notice healing was in Jesus' gospel...

Is healing in the Gospel?

Acts 14: 7-10 - And there they preached the gospel. And there sat a certain man at Lystra, impotent in his feet, being a cripple from his mother's womb, who never had walked. The same heard Paul speak: who stedfastly beholding him, and perceiving that he had faith to be healed. Said with a loud voice, stand upright on thy feet. And he leaped and walked...

PART 2. Mercy Ephesians 2:3 We all had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others. Send now prosperity

Psalms 118:25 (KJV) 25, Save now, I beseech thee, O Lord: O Lord, I beseech thee, send now prosperity. This is the kind of verse that comes to mind when you realize the check book and the pile of bills on your desk don't match. Since we know faith comes by hearing and hearing by The Word of God, I'm going to arm you with some truth about God's provision...

Unexcused absence
Posted Tuesday, May 17, at 10:10 AM

The verses we are about to read sound so much like what we hear today. We have so many things to put at the top of our list instead of Jesus. We wait till our lives are in peril, at the edge of the cliff and then we want Jesus to bail us out. Friends, look at the signs of the times we are living in. Time is much shorter than when we first believed. The reasons we give Jesus why we don't answer His call are not even valid reasons, much less honest excuses...

Ye Do Err
Posted Tuesday, March 15, at 11:05 AM

Matthew 22:29 (KJV) Jesus answered and said unto them, Ye do err, not knowing the scriptures, nor the power of God. Think about it, Jesus just accused the religious leaders of that day (the only ones who had a copy of the word of God) of being ignorant of the Word of God. That would have been like a slap in the face to them for sure, but Jesus didn't stop there. He said they were equally as ignorant of 'The Power of God'...
